NUKOTE ST (Pure Polyurea)
NUKOTE ST® is NCSI’s high-performance polyurea for anticorrosion and waterproofing on steel, concrete, and other substrates. This two-component, 100% solids polyurea minimizes moisture issues that lead to pin holing and blistering in various coatings. The aromatic polyurea elastomer offers good chemical resistance, thermal stability, and UV resistance. It can be easily textured for anti-skid use and provides excellent moisture permeation resistance as a barrier coating. NUKOTE ST adheres well to most substrates when paired with a suitable Nukote primer.
NUKOTE ST-PW (Pure Polyurea for Portable Water)
NUKOTE ST-pw® is a pure aromatic polyurea modified for coating substrates used in potable water storage and transmission. It is ANSI/NSF 61 compliant and meets global migration standards (US – FDA: 21 CFR 175 – 300). Approved by many countries for use with potable water and food products, NUKOTE ST-pw is a plural component, fast-setting, 100% solids product suitable for concrete, steel, and other substrates as a waterproofing membrane and anti-corrosion liner. This aromatic polyurea elastomer also offers good chemical resistance, thermal stability, and UV resistance.
NUKOTE CG (Hybrid Polyurea)
NUKOTE CG® is NCSI’s modified high performance polyurea hybrid designed and developed to perform well for anticorrosion and waterproofing applications on steel, concrete, and many other substrates. It is a two-component, 100% solids, fast set aromatic product and forms a hard and tough film with excellent resiliency. This aromatic elastomer displays good chemical resistance, outdoor durability, thermal stability, and abrasion resistance. Nukote CG can be textured easily for anti-skid purposes. The product has good moisture permeation resistance compared to polyurethanes and suitable as a protective liner in many applications.
NUKOTE XT PLUS (Hybrid Polyurea)
Nukote XT plus® is a fast set, rapid curing modified polyurea designed for use in application on concrete, steel or other substrates for protection against high acidic, alkaline chemicals in combination with moderate heat or pressure. Nukote XT plus is designed for acid and base environments and is a 100% solids flexible, aromatic, two component spray applied polyurethane polyurea. Nukote XT plus is suitable where anaerobic and aerobic waste by-products combined with elevated temperatures are expected. The product is commonly specified in conjunction with other Nukote products in monolithic compositions or as a geotextile composite for applications in immersion as liner or in secondary containment of chemical storage tanks. This aromatic polyurea elastomer exhibits good long term chemical resistance, thermal stability and UV resistance.
NUKOTE AL (Aliphatic Polyurea)
NUKOTE AL® is NCSI’s high-performance aliphatic polyurea, ideal for anticorrosion and waterproofing on steel, concrete, and other substrates requiring UV and color stability. This coating is highly color stable, exhibits excellent UV weathering, chemical resistance, high abrasion resistance, and gloss retention. It is a two-component, 100% solids pure polyurea that minimizes moisture issues that cause pinholing and blistering in many coatings. Nukote AL can be easily textured for antiskid surfaces and offers strong moisture permeation resistance as a barrier coating.
NUKOTE POLYPRIME II (Concrete Primer)
Nukote Polyprime II® is a two component 1:1 ratio, rapid setting, low temperature curing liquid applied, aromatic urethane polyurea primer suitable for metal substrates. Nukote Polyprime II is easy to apply, sets quickly, and has excellent physical properties. It can also be used in concrete, and masonry.
NUKOTE METALPRIME II (Metal Primer)
Nukote Metal Prime II® is a two-component, 100% solids, liquid-applied surface-tolerant primer suitable for carbon steel, non-ferrous metal, fiberglass, PVC pipe, concrete, and masonry, and compatible with potable water certified products. Ideal for power tool prepared substrates to St 2 when abrasive blast cleaning is impractical, it features exceptional penetrating properties that reinforce rusty steel, ensuring adhesion of subsequent coatings. By sealing crevices, joints, and edges of old coatings, it enhances the service life of maintenance systems and can also seal aged “White Rusted” zinc surfaces for re-coating.
NUKOTE EP PRIME (Epoxy Primer)
Nukote EP Prime® is two component, high solids, liquid applied, low viscosity epoxy-polyamine primer surfacer with unique penetrating characteristics. It helps to seal the pores and capillaries and minimize out gassing.
